ABOUT ME
Putting My Experience
to Work
Throughout my political career, I have served as Member of Parliament for Clarendon South Eastern since March 2, 2020. I am currently the Minister of Labour and Social Security since May 22, 2023, and previously served as Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries from January 2022, Minister of Housing, Urban Renewal, Environment and Climate Change from September 2020, as well as Minister with responsibility for Water, Housing and Infrastructure in the Ministry of Economic Growth and Job Creation.
My political career started in 2016 when I was appointed by Prime Minister Andrew Holness to serve as a Senator and Minister of State in the Ministry of National Security. Two years later, I was called to serve as Minister of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade.
